On the ground floor, the spacious living room with flat-screen TV and comfortable sofa opens onto a fully equipped contemporary kitchen (Nespresso machine, oven, dishwasher, microwave, American fridge, toaster...). From there, one can access the shaded terrace and deck leading to the swimming pool.
