The 12 bedrooms are distributed between several independent buildings, allowing a large group to stay together whilst preserving each person's privacy. The property notably includes the Governor's House, a Guest House, three cottages, three suites located near the swimming pool as well as a suite arranged in the former tower. This organisation into different residential spaces gives Le Grand Jardin the atmosphere of a true private hamlet rather than that of a traditional villa.
The rooms and suites display a contemporary and refined aesthetic, combining stone, marble, wood and natural tones. Some enjoy views of the Mediterranean whilst others open onto the gardens. The Governor's House also features beautiful reception spaces, including a 52 m² lounge, a 34 m² dining room and a 53 m² Master Bedroom.
