Although completed in 2003, this complex has somehow remained relatively anonymous, but is sure to become more and more popular as it really is one of the best around. The setting for this complex is idyllic, located just a short walk from the pretty port of Cabopino, with it´s range of fine restaurants and variety of boats. The complex itself, is located just metres from the beach in a front-line location, with direct and secure access to the beach, the blocks have been designed so that each and every apartment has a totally unrestricted south facing view to the sea, even from the ground floor apartments, many with views along the coast to Cabopino port.

Even though many of the visitors to Los Granados are attracted by the location, they are always pleasantly surprised by the facilities which are provided solely for their use. There are two large outdoor swimming pools, both with childrens pool, situated at the bottom of the lush garden, providing yet another beautiful sea view, an indoor heated swimming pool which opens year round for when the outdoor temperature is a little cooler, a fully equipped gym, 2 saunas, padel courts, tennis courts and a summer house with large terrace for the warm evenings and open fire for the winter evenings. Changing facilities and showers are available and are well cleaned and maintained. For the less energetic, there are some lovely walks along the gardens paths and down to the beach below. Security is a very important factor and Los Granados has a high perimeter fence with various access points for its residents, the main entrance is manned by security guards 24-hours daily. Although there is an underground car park, there is always parking space outside the entrance door to each block.

The apartments themselves are built and finished to a very high standard. Kitchens are always well-equipped, have high standard appliances, including dishwasher, and have a connecting utility area. Lounges are a good size with large glassed patio doors, so as to maximize the natural light available and again show-off the stunning location. Main bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and like the lounge, large glassed doors giving access to the terrace. Second and third bedrooms have a separate bathroom. The apartments have excellent cupboard space for storage. The back terraces can be accessed from the lounge and the main bedroom, are large, covered and again afford spectacular sea views. There are also small north facing terraces leading from the other bedrooms.
