How do I book a property ?
If you would like to book one of our properties, please contact us by one of the ways shown on the 'contact us' page and we will give you all the details needed to make your booking.
Can I make a general enquiry?
Of course, just send an email to info@elviria-holidays.com stating your dates, number of passengers, preferred accommodation and budget. Someone should contact you within 48 hours maximum
Will you search for alternative accommodation if my original request is fully booked?
If the accommodation you have requested is already booked, we will contact you with suitable alternatives.
I have made a reservation or sent an enquiry on a property but haven't heard back from your office..
Our staff aim to respond to all booking enquiries within 24 - 48 hours. Sometimes, however, this is impossible due to seasonal increases in the volume of enquiries, time zones, weekends, etc. The main reason for lack of correspondence is typing errors in email addresses; therefore it is very important that you check all your details are correct. How do I know that my booking is confirmed?
Once we have received your signed booking form, and any deposit which is due, we will send you written confirmation of your booking including all information for your arrival.
Can I book accommodation for any date I want?
Yes you can. Elviria Holidays offers flexibility in the dates of arrival and departure, under the condition that the minimum days of booking is 7 nights. For a stay less than 7 nights we surcharge an additional cleaning fee of € 54 for a 2 bedroom apartment and € 66 for a 3 bedroom apartment. Please contact our office for further enquiries about short stays.
I would like to make reservations several months in advance. Is that possible?
Yes, at Elviria Holidays.com you can make your reservations up to 1 year in advance. If prices are not known at the time of your reservations, we will discuss these with the owner of the property and we will let you know as soon as possible what they are.
How can I pay the deposit for my accommodation
By bank transfer
We allow payments by bank transfer, although please take into account an additional charge for foreign transfers, varying for each individual bank. Please consult your (local) bank for extra costs. We will send you the relevant account details via email.

What if I book at the last minute?
If you book less than 8 weeks before arrival then payment must be made in full at the time of the reservation. No refunds will be made should you have to cancel. Please contact our staff for last minute bookings or email info@elviria-holidays.com
How do I pick up my keys and get to my accommodation?
Again, once your accommodation has been paid for in full, you will receive full details by e-mail about how to get to your accommodation from Malaga airport and where your keys can be collected. We also provide 24 - hour emergency contact numbers in case you should run into difficulties.
Do I have to give a deposit against breakages in apartments and villas?
Yes - you will be asked for this locally (see booking conditions). before departure if everything is in order. We require 200 Euros for an apartment or 500 Euros for a penthouse or villa. This is fully refundable at the end of your holiday providing everything is ok.
What is included in the price?
Our price includes use of water, electricity, cleaning before your arrival and fresh linen (sheets, pillow cases, bathroom towels and tea towels) for the number of guests stated. Stays shorter than 7 nights are surcharged for an additional cleaning fee (contact us for further details). No cleaning is included during your stay.
Do I need to bring beach towels?
Yes, we supply bath towels but these are not to be taken to the beach, so please bring your own towels for use on the beach and round the pool.
Can I have extra cleaning during my stay?
Linen and towels are supplied for all our properties and are included in the price. The apartment is cleaned thoroughly before occupation but we can also offer additional cleaning during your stay. Please contact us for details of the charges.
Can you provide us with cots & high chairs?
Yes, we can provide these no problem, but they must be booked when you book when your accommodation. Please contact us for prices.
Do the apartments have a phone?
Most of the apartments do not have a phoneline. Therefore we recommend you to take a mobile phone on your holidays. Our apartments for long term rent usually do have a land line; The tenant is charged for these costs every two months.
How do I know that a property is reliable?
First, Elviria Holidays maintain a very strict in-take policy for all properties being presented. Our philosophy is to target good quality properties with high standards, situated in the proximity of local amenities and offers good facilities. All properties offer a high degree of luxury and comfort in accordance with the wishes of our discerning clients.
I would like to stay in the accommodation with more people than is indicated on the website. Is that possible?
No, it is not possible to bring more people than the maximum allowed number of people indicated on the website. We have the right to refuse entry to the accommodation.
Can you provide a Welcome Pack if we arrive at night?
Yes, if you would like us to arrange to leave a small welcome pack of groceries please let us know your requirements and this can be easily arranged.
